Participation Agreement Terms
You must be a clan leader in order to continue with the sign up process

You agree, through sign-up and participation in Best Clans, that your clan will adhere to the following rules:
  • Your clan will not manipulate the voting code in any manner.
  • Your clan will not attempt to inflate the votes artificially (cheating the vote).
  • Your clan will not place the voting code in any other place besides your clan's own web site (i.e. no placing this code in others' forums, e-mail messages, instant messengers, etc.)
  • Your clan will not spam users (members and non-members) with requests to visit your clan's site and vote for your clan (i.e. no spamming requests to vote via e-mail messages, instant messengers, private messages, etc.)
  • Your clan will not try to trick users into voting.
    It is your duty to inform your members of these rules.

    The Central Outpost reserves the right to remove and/or ban clans as seen fit. If your clan breaks one of the above rules or is suspected of breaking one of the above rules, your clan's account will be removed or banned, depending on the seriousness of the violation, with notice.

    SPECIAL NOTE: Currently the Best Clans system remains separate from our Clan Directory system. Your clan is welcome to be listed in both systems, however, if your clan would rather just be listed in our directory, click here to visit a brief tutorial on how to accomplish this.
