Welcome to the LCPD 911 Clan – To Serve and ProtectThe #1 Police Roleplay Community for Grand Theft Auto IV (PS3)Our Legacy
Rooted in the golden era of console roleplay, the Liberty City Police Department (LCPD) 911 Clan has a rich history that stretches back over a decade. Long before modern PC mods automated the job, the original LCPD 911 set the gold standard for pure, discipline-driven police roleplay on the PlayStation 3. We built a legendary reputation on authentic radio traffic, strict 10-codes, and immersive patrols, relying on the dedication of our members rather than scripts to bring the streets of Liberty City to life.A New Era: The 2026 RevivalAs of November 2026, the LCPD 911 Clan has officially reopened under new ownership and management. We are bringing back the classic, old-school GTA IV patrol experience for a new generation of players and returning veterans alike. While our leadership has evolved, our core mission remains exactly the same: providing the most structured, realistic, and highly organized law enforcement roleplay available on the PS3. What We Offer We operate a fully functional, multi-division emergency services ecosystem. Our community features:Fully Functional Dispatch Center: Dedicated dispatchers manage live patrols, direct units, and keep track of citations in real-time. Diverse Divisions: Members can branch out into specialized units including standard LCPD patrol, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire Department of Liberty City (FDLC), Emergency Service Unit (ESU/SWAT), LCAT, and the Liberty City Highway Patrol (LCHP).Structured Training: All new recruits are taken into a training lobby by our experienced staff to learn proper traffic stops, pursuits, and radio etiquette before hitting the streets. Enlistment Requirements To join our ranks, applicants must:Be 13 years of age or older. Own a PlayStation 3 and a copy of GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony. Have a PS3-compatible headset (or access to Discord voice chat). Register on our official website with accurate information. The streets of Liberty City are calling.
